Vishal Residency Apartment Owners' Welfare Association (VRAOWA) is Registered under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasil with a Regdistration No 4930 of 1997 situated at Door No 1-10-335 to 340, Lane No 9, Brahmanwadi, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana State 500 016.

• To take possession of all common areas and facilities like road, passages tot lot (park), electricity, water, drainage etc., provided or to be provided in the premises of the building complex known as Vishal Residency situated at 1-10-335 to 340, Brahmanwadi, Begumpet, Hyderabad 500 016. (The said premises and building complex hereinafter referred to as "Vishal Residency").
• To manage the maintenance, cleanliness and lighting of all common areas mentioned below.
• To take care of appearance including white / colour washing, painting of exterior and common areas of the building complex of Vishal Residency.
• To repair, alter or otherwise deal with the common areas of the building complex of Vishal Residency
• To enceavour to do all that is feasible for safety and security of the building and its premises.
• To raise funds from the owners or their authorised representatives for achieving the objectives of the Association.
• To leavy service charges as may be deemed necessary, on the residents (owners or tenants)
• In general, to do everything for the convenience and comfort of the members of the Association and for the better enjoyment of Vishal Residency Apartments by the members.
• To do all such things necessary and expedient for the accomplishment and fulfilment of the aforesaid aims and objectives of the Association.
• To create a sinking fund for long term major activities relating to replacement and repair of equipment structures etc.,
